Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. He usually wears his pastel robe and has his mace always slung over his shoulder. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Adelard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up mace and armor he uses now. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Masseuse. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: Wants a kiss; and to settle down with his crush

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his spear with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he wants revenge against giants

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: William was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

He has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His red hair is still thick. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He is greedy.
