History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Hugh took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a Bounty Hunter, his father struggled to pay the bills. When Manfred reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Cory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Cory was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
