History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy auburn hair. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Aldous was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Aldous has worked very hard to control his curse. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Spice Merchant for the past few years.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Carter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Gifted from a young age, Heward studied abroad. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
