Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His brown leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His childhood dream was to be a Map Maker, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Navigator.
Motivation: He has a crush on the local Map Maker; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He has a missing left arm. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ploughman business.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: He is a husky man, who wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his halberd with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His auburn hair is knotted and matted. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Justin was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Justin was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Bounty Hunter. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Tim hails from a village terrorized by illithids. He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to raise his children well
