Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Lance was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Lance never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
