Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his sai, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He is a Miller first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gifted student he started as a Apothecary, but he got bored and became a Miller. He struck the Miller job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He wears suspenders and blue workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. He carries a battered bastard sword and tarnished mace as well. He wears his brown hair up. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Roger fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he would like to get married and retire

He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He found a children's book about a Human Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

History: Dustin was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
