History: Gifted from a young age, William studied abroad. His first spouse was a Hunter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Through the years after William was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. William's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: The child of a Fortune-teller, who enjoyed hunting, Hugh was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Doctor responsibilities is difficult; and to be a fortune-teller again
