History: Hubert was born with his mother's beautiful face. A gifted student he started as a Locksmith, but he got bored and became a Dilettante. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

His long black hair reaches down to his waist. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
