History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
