History: Shane lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to unite with his sister

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Godfrey was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

History: He is a Metallic Dragon in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This man wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized jet on his left hand. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Brewer. He's also a talented Seamstress, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to be a seamstress again

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, John is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in John's homeland. John decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. John fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
