Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Roger isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Roger was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Ernest's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Ernest enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
