He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Dean was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Dean's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
