History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Miles alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He got into the Slave Trader business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Slave Trader job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and further expansion of business
