History: Patrick was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He's also a talented Sailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Kody was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He tends to his Interpreter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
