He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The war was a terrible time for him, and Simon does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Simon never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Lewis and his spouse have recently divorced.
