Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Weaver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Justin isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
