History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Shepherd for the past few years.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now owns his own business.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Bernard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
