History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has achieved small success as a Beggar.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new beggar responsibilities is difficult
