Description: An older man who wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants, he is not a threatening figure. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. His brown eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This light-skinned male prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 80. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: He was born into a rich family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is greedy

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Laborer. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
