Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arnold fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Charles is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Shoemaker profession.

History: Charles lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Charles took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
