History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Odo's homeland. Odo decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: He comes from a rich western family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Gerard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Servant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Servant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
