Personality: Peter is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Peter was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He tends to his Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
