History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Charles was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Knight. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
