Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Born to a Stableman, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears grey trousers with green and grey striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He sports a flattop hair cut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to protect his home

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He very much looks the part of a Weaver. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He got into the Weaver business at a young age. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a knight again

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in sword use. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.
