History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Fisher, but he was a colossal failure. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To be a Fisher again.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To be a Mercenary again; and he would like to get married and retire
