History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Architect, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he seems to be bored by most things

Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Diggory never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
