Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He comes from a rich western family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
