History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When Simon reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he has money and likes to spend it
