History: Bertram was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'3". He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Thomas enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Thomas was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Thomas's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he has a crush on the local slave trader

Personality: He is a Unemployed first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: Everard hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Unemployed responsibilities is difficult; and he wants revenge against giants

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep black leather and dull white iron scale mail. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His head has been shaved. His green eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Adventurer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Adventurer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. Sporting a red mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants.
