History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He got into the Map Maker business at a young age. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He tends to his Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. Through the years after Percival was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Percival's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.
