History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Alex never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Map Maker for hire.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and to find somewhere to settle down
