History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Robert was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Miner. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Ruler again; and balancing his hectic life and new marshal responsibilities is difficult

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is greedy

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Map Maker business.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Arnold grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Shane was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has achieved small success as a Mortician.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
