His long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Rolf was born with his mother's beautiful face. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
