When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Raymond Staurheim, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Raymond is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Raymond was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Weaver for hire.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Weaver responsibilities is difficult.
Ideals: Entrepeneur, Justice. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Job, Family. Occupation: Weaver
Voice: Draws out vowels
