Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Charles embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Charles grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Through the years after Charles was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Charles's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Adelard was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Randal is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Randal learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has achieved small success as a Mayor.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Shane isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Shane grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
