History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A gifted student he started as a Doctor, but he got bored and became a Sage. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
