History: Gifted from a young age, Bertram studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Description: This slender man stands about 6'2". He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty violet coat over it. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and further expansion of business

He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is greedy.
