Personality: He is a Locksmith first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Percival took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up bastard sword and armor he uses now. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Locksmith for the past few years.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
