Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. At some point he was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Roger was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His ears are large.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a great chef.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
