History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Cook father left him crippled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He got into the Sage business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Glassblower, but he got bored and became a Sage. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bookbinder. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
