History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. When Anselm reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his father's many stories. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Gilbert was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Miles was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Gardener. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Miles was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.
