Personality: Adelard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and he wants revenge against orcs

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Manfred embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Born to a Tanner, his father struggled to pay the bills. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Manfred has worked very hard to control his curse. After a long history of fighting, Manfred and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
