Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Aldous was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shane embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student he started as a Dilettante, but he got bored and became a Dyer. He became a Dyer soon after.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and balancing his hectic life and new dyer responsibilities is difficult

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away
