Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Anselm was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Navigator. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Trey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
