History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

History: Rolf was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Jocelyn was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
