When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Rolf lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He worked as a nervous Interpreter and found it very stressful. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Interpreter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He found a children's book about a Human Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Slave Trader and was forced into it by his family; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
