History: Born in the west to a Doctor, Odo learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Doctor for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He struck the Shepherd job and began his own company from there.

History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by goblins. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mortician hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Brewer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
