History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father.
