He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Percival was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Percival's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miller they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to reunite with his absent father

Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
