Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Randal embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born in the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Bertram's homeland. Bertram decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Bertram fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Barber. He has worked as a Barber like his father before him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he is unsatisfied with his job

He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion
